Our History

Pinpoint HRM was originally founded by recruitment industry luminaries Elizabeth O’Leary and Will Spensley in 2001 and in November 2004, Craig Aunger took over the reins of the business.  The original vision of Pinpoint HRM (previously known as Catch22 and then Talent Zone) was to be a specialist corporate advisory firm raising the awareness of and assisting employers to adopt the latest developments in recruitment. 

In 2007 the business expanded into assisting organisations to develop their Integrated Talent Management Strategy, including selection and implementation of systems spanning recruitment, employee performance, learning and succession management.  

Today we work with organisations in increasing the effectiveness of their human resources at every stage of the employee life cycle. We have more than 15 consultants from a variety of complementary backgrounds who work with clients across a wide range of industries.
