Our People

Our specialists’ have expert knowledge and experience gained in recruiting for some of Australia's largest professional services firms and from more than 50 implementations of eRecruitment technology.

Craig Aunger - Principal

Craig has been involved in the management, sale, justification, implementation of and consulting on e-Recruitment software since 1999.  He worked for two Australian e-Recruitment software vendors, NGA and RecruitASP, where he was directly involved in sales to large companies. 

Craig has lead consulting projects for Pinpoint HRM with some of Australia 's largest employers including the Victorian Public Service, NAB and Transfield Services.  These projects include recruitment strategy development, e-Recruitment selection and implementation and HR technology integration.  His team also assisted clients such as Deloitte and Holden to optimise a range of e-Recruitment systems on an ongoing basis.

This extensive hands on experience and deep knowledge of the industry gives Craig and his team unparalleled expertise to understand the specific needs of clients, the change management challenges, the process re-engineering required and providing advice on the differences between recruitment strategies and solutions to meet the needs of each client.

Craig has a Bachelor of Accounting and Economics degree from the Flinders University of South Australia and was awarded the University prize for Corporate Finance in 1992.

Georgia Brodribb

Georgia has over six years Project Management experience including HR projects for the Australian, Victorian and UK governments. She has strong skills in process analysis and re-engineering, change management, system implementations, system training and test management.   Prior to joining Pinpoint HRM, Georgia was responsible for managing the pilot implementation and evaluation of the Victorian “Whole of Government” eRecruitment solution for Victorian Health Agencies.

Since joining Pinpoint HRM, Georgia has lead the project management for the implementation of the learning management module of an ITMS for Foxtel and the implementation of an eRecruitment system for RMIT University . Georgia’s most recent experience has been in the role of Business Analyst for the Department of Defence, Victorian Public Service and University of Wollongong .

Georgia has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Flinders University of South Australia (Psychology and Legal Studies) and an Advance Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Anne Carman

Anne has over 10 years experience recruiting for professional services firms, including five years as National Recruitment Manager for KPMG Consulting, Andersen and more recently Ernst & Young.  In these roles Anne was responsible for developing and deploying recruiting strategies and managing challenging change management projects including amalgamating Andersen and EY’s approaches to recruitment.  This included the establishment of a recruitment centre, the development of a global recruitment policy and implementation of an eRS throughout South East Asia.

Prior to this Anne had over four years experience as a researcher for Rochford International Search where she devised and implemented high level search strategies, globally and nationally and project managed assignments.

Anne has a Bachelor of Arts from UTS, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Macquarie University and a Master of Human Resource Management & Coaching from the University of Sydney .

Leah Lambart

Leah is a Chartered Accountant with over seven years recruitment experience gained in both agency and in-house recruitment environments.   In her previous role Leah was responsible for all Legal and Corporate Services recruitment for Allens Arthur Robinson in Melbourne .  During her time at Allens Arthur Robinson, Leah was part of the national implementation of an e-Recruitment system which provided her with valuable insight into the opportunities available and change management challenges arising within a professional services environment.

Since joining Pinpoint HRM, Leah has worked on a number of large eRecruitment Management System (‘eRMS’) selection and implementation projects.  During 2007, Leah project managed the implementation and global deployment of an eRecruitment system for GHD.  Leah also worked on a comprehensive project with RMIT University to re-engineer their recruitment processes and to assist them with the process of selecting appropriate vendors for the tender process based on their functional, business and technical requirements.  Leah is currently working with Victoria University to assist them in developing their in-house recruitment capability which will include devising a recruitment strategy and the selection and implementation of an appropriate eRMS.

Leah's qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University .  She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia .

Emily Manley

Emily has over seven years experience in recruitment and HR gained in both professional services firms and agencies.  She worked for Link Recruitment for three years before joining Hudson in London where she recruited for the professional services industry.  When she returned to Australia , Emily joined the Allens Arthur Robinson HR team where she was initially responsible for graduate recruitment before moving into an HR Consultant position.  Emily was also part of the national deployment of an eRecruitment system into Allens.

Since joining Pinpoint HRM Emily has been involved in co-ordinating the project for Foxtel and the ABC including conducting the discovery, identifying the issues and opportunities in recruitment, process re-engineering and development of the functional requirements for an eRecruitment system.

Emily has a Bachelor of Business (Marketing and Human Resource Management) from Swinburne University .

Bec Martin

Bec has been involved in providing HR and shared services advice to employers for the past six years.  In her previous role Bec was employed as an IT Recruitment Consultant with Ambit Recruitment and was part of the IBM Graduate Recruitment Team.  During her career she has used a number of e-Recruitment systems gathering an understanding of how they can be used to help and enhance the recruitment process.

Since joining Pinpoint HRM, Bec has been responsible for the optimisation, training and support of e-Recruitment systems for several clients and has a deep technical knowledge of the leading systems. She has developed Business Objects recruitment/HR based reporting suites for a number of clients.

Bec graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Business Management (HR/Strategic Management). 

Lisa Michael

Prior to joining the Pinpoint HRM, Lisa was the National Recruitment Director at Deloitte where she was responsible for the development and implementation of their recruitment strategy covering experienced, student and international recruitment.  This included the establishment of a recruitment centre and implementation of an eRecruitment system as well as outsourcing a portion of their recruitment to a Recruitment Process Outsourcing provider.

Lisa commenced at Deloitte in 2001 as Graduate Recruitment manager responsible for the development of Deloitte’s graduate and student pipeline programs. In 2004 Lisa’s role expanded to encompass experienced and international recruitment.

Since joining Pinpoint HRM, Lisa has worked on recruitment strategy projects for the National Australia Bank (NAB) including providing advice for the development of their employee referral program. She has also conducted a review of the Traffic Accident Commission (TAC) recruitment strategy, and is currently working on a business case and operational model for a Graduate Employment Program for Monash University .

Karlee Scott-Murphy

Karlee managed all non-legal recruitment for the Melbourne office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques from 2000 to 2006.  During this time she recruited roles from senior managers to bulk recruitment of graduate secretaries, and was responsible for a significant reduction in the reliance on recruitment agencies. 

Karlee brings a wealth of practical e-Recruitment experience to Pinpoint HRM.  In 2003 she was involved in the implementation of an e-Recruitment system into Mallesons, and played a lead role in the management of the system.  During the following two years it became clear the system was not meeting their needs and Karlee was subsequently appointed project manager for the implementation of the replacement e-Recruitment system.   During this time Karlee was exposed to the both "the good and bad" of an e-Recruitment system.

Since joining Pinpoint HRM, Karlee has project managed a number of significant e-Recruitment software implementations for both centralised and semi centralised organisations in Australia .  She has also been involved in developing reporting suites for a number of clients and has helped local and major global clients to optimise and gain full potential from their current systems. 

Karlee has a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma of Human Resources.

Debbie Semple

Debbie is an experienced and qualified functional consultant within the recruitment industry. She has worked for one of the leading Australian eRecruitment system providers since 2005. It was here that she was directly involved in the servicing of large government contracts, including consulting and business development across the key agencies of the Victorian Government.

Debbie has a Bachelor of Technology in Marketing from the Institute of Technology in South Africa .  She is certified in Project Management and has successfully completed a course in Training and Presentation skills.
